This was a 1st Class service and it provided us with a new loft floor, a new loft hatch cover and
a new loft ladder. All the works were completed faultlessly and within the promised timescale.
Nick gave clear instructions for how the hatch and ladder works and everywhere was left
spotlessly clean.
