Initial survey was thorough, comprehensive and clearly explained. Work men arrived promptly, were thorough and checked with us before hinging the hatch and attaching the ladder to ensure they were doing as we needed. They worked quickly but quietly and cleaned up after they’d finished so that I wouldn’t have known they’d been. Dom clearly explained how the ladder worked. As it’s a calmer mechanism, we may be having the team back for the other loft. Very pleased with the price and the quality of the work.
