Found these guys on internet. Testimonials helped me to make up my mind and we knew one of the customers so we asked him. We needed a new loft hatch and ladder. Nicholas suggested we didn’t need a new ladder just an hatch so no hard sell which I have had experience of before with windows!!! Explained installation and how long it would take. Dominic installed the loft hatch and explained how it worked and left clean and tidy. Job done.
