Neil Bulndell, Felixstowe – Loft Ladder, Loft Boarding, Loft Insulation, Loft Light

Nick originally visited to undertake a quote for boarding out and insulating my loft. Nick was
professional and demonstrated a great knowledge of of the job I was asking to be completed,
advising me on what suited best with the type of loft I had. He gave me options and was able to
give me a rough idea of the quote quite quickly before following it up with an exact one that
afternoon.
Nick returned with associate Dom a few weeks later to complete the work, (boarding loft,
insulating loft, fitting telescopic ladders & 2 LED lights) Nick stayed in contact in between to
ensure there were no issues. On the day, Nick and Dom were great, very polite and friendly,
completed the work with minimum fuss or disturbance.
Nick walked me through what had been completed after they had finished and gave me a good
oversight of the work. Nick even laid down more boarding than I had anticipated at no extra
cost due to the nature of the loft layout.
Overall, I couldn’t recommend Access4Lofts enough, they did a great job, were very attentive,
very friendly and considerate. Thank you very much gents!
