Excellent!! Steven is very prompt, professional, and honest. We had an old loft ladder that was
literally stuck and we agreed with him to replace it with a new one. While working on it, he
managed to fix it after quite an effort and insisted on not charging us anything. I wouldn’t go
anywhere else for our future loft needs and renovations.
