My loft hatch is located in a cramped space and access is difficult. I asked three prominent local firms to quote me for installing an integrated loft ladder and hatch cover, and of these three one said that no available equipment was suitable for the site, one said that any such installation would be too dangerous, and only Josh from BN lofts said that he could do what I wanted at a reasonable price. Three weeks later BN lifts turned up as promised, most of the construction work had been completed off-site and installation took only two and a half hours. The site was left tidy and the equipment installed does exactly what I wanted with virtually no effort required on my part. Seems to me that BN lofts are well-acquainted with all currently available equipment options, are prepared to think creatively outside the box, and work and plan effectively to produce a good outcome with as little fuss and mess as possible. I'm certainly very pleased with the result

Right from my initial contact, I have been more than happy with the service fromAccess4Lofts. Josh came to do an initial quote and he listened to what I wanted, before measuring up and showing me what could be provided. I received the quote later the same day, and just had to decide from a couple of options. Once I accepted the quote, I expected to wait for about a month to get an appointment, however, there had been a cancellation and I only waited 8 days! The three young men who came to do the work arrived on time and introduced themselves before putting down dust sheets and getting on with the job. They worked continuously for just over 5 hours, completing the job well and before I anticipated. They took most of the waste away and even vacuumed my hallway, stairs and landing, which was a nice surprise. I would not hesitate in recommending them to do a similar job.

Three very polite men arrived on time to do the work. They worked very well together and got the job done in less than 2 hours. Because of an ongoing health problem I did have difficulty putting the ladder away. However, the men came back and where able to sort things out with a bit of ingenuity. Josh runs his business how everyone should. His work is as advertised but more importantly his customer service was exceptional. Very contactable at any time and a man of his word. We had a minor hiccup but that's all now forgotten with the way it was resolved. He's a credit to everything associated with his company and trades need more people like Josh.
