David was very professional and friendly, explained things very clearly and made sure I was happy with everything both before and after installation. He had to enlarge the loft hatch opening in order to install the ladders that I needed and he did a brilliant job and even cleaned up after himself! Nobody would be able to tell that a job had been carried out. Very reasonably priced for the market. Would definitely recommend. Thank you David!
