From start to finish I was very impressed with Ben and David. Nothing was ever a problem; they provided me with various measurements and quotes to choose from. I was notified at every point but never a pushy sell tactic and work was explained and described to me very well. Nothing was too much trouble. So much so that I actually changed my mind on the day of installation and that resulted in more work being done; it wasn’t a problem to them at all. So happy with the result – a lovely newly boarded and insulated loft with lots more space. New fold away ladder also installed by Ben. Great job and I would have no hesitation in recommending them, in fact, I have already done
