I am highly delighted with my loft ladder & it's installation and would thoroughly recommend Acess4Lofts. Dave came initially and gave us a very competitive quote for the work. I was impressed from the start . On the day of installation, a couple of weeks later, Dave & Brendon arrived early & quickly got to work after laying dust sheets all the way up the stairs. They worked non stop. I was kept informed throughout the day of the work being done and at the end was given a demonstration of how the loft ladder worked. I couldn't believe how tidy everywhere was. You would never had known the loft hatch in the ceiling had been made twice its size. It was so neat. I was really impressed with the sturdiness of the ladder. It's so easy to pull out and use. The wooden boarding up in the loft is also first class Access4Lofts have done an excellent job from start to finish. I can't praise them enough.

David has done an excellent job on out attic, he 'made good' the insulation which we already had and improved the ventilation to the space. He also took up old boarding, laid new insulation to make the overall coverage up to todays standards and then fitted new boarding and shelving. The loft hatch was resited, insulated and draughtproofed. All this work was carried out professionally and to a very high standard. He works speedily, and ensures the access area is clean and useable at all times. David kept us informed of any issues and the solutions he recommended and it all came in as originally priced. David did an excellent job of fitting a larger trap door into ceiling , to replace a smaller one which I was finding it hard to fit things through up into my loft. A ladder also which was demonstrated fully in place, and stored back up into loft. Very happy all round excellent job from start to finish. Dave worked solidly, thoroughly, and as unobtrusively as possible. The conditions were difficult as it turned very warm on the second day but he continued until there was no more he could do at that point.
