Matt, who came to give us advice and options that suited us, was very helpful and knowledgeable and gave us a quote which we accepted. Lee arrived to fit the ladder and new hatch. He explained what he would be doing and we left him to it. On completion he cleared everything up and spent time explaining how it all worked. He stayed until we were happy that we could operate it.
