Before reading my comments I need to say I do not use the word exceptional casually or
without meaning it.
We had a wonderful experience with Access4Lofts. Matt came to give us a quote and was
exceptional. He was respectful polite, friendly and listened to our needs not trying to force more
buying from us than we wanted.
Administration staff were exceptional too with there communication and response to emails.
The young man who carried out the work again exceptional he knew the products being used
inside out, explained exactly what he was doing and how it would be beneficial. He was
pleasant, chatty and friendly whilst showing respect to us throughout.
