Martin was on time and was very efficient. The works were scheduled to take a couple of hours but the work was completed very quickly and efficiently. Martin demonstrated the ladder operation and we had a try out of getting the ladder down and back up again before he left. Overall, we are very happy with the works completed, the time it took and the cost. The fact that there was a lifetime guarantee included was very reassuring. I would not hesitate recommending Access4Lofts. The staff were all very polite and professional from Matt who came to undertake the initial assessment to Samantha who we liaised with regarding dates etc and Martin who fitted the ladder. We are very pleased to now be able to access our loft.
