Survey was very straight forward, price quoted was the price I paid. The fitting team explained everything and asked which way I wanted the loft hatch to open. Dust covers were put down so the place was kept clean. They fitted the loft hatch and ladders in not time at all, explained how everything worked, cleaned up after themselves so no mess left. The job took three days instead of the day and a half expected, and it was not possible to fit the wooden ladder, so he fitted a three tier aluminum ladder.
