Richard and his colleague arrived promptly at the time agreed and got straight to work. They
were very efficient and completed the job (new enlarged hatch with ladder and boarding out
the loft) with no fuss. They also removed an old water tank at no extra cost. Richard explained the work carried out and gave demonstrations before confirming I was happy with the work. No payments were asked for until the job was completed. I would highly recommend.
