The work was carried out to a high standard. Richard and his work partner were extremely polite and completed the work without fuss. Having a loft ladder means much welcomed storage space. I also had lights installed in the loft and extra insulation too, so everything is now much warmer. The loft ladder is perfect. Thank you so much for a job well done!
