loft fully boarded, removed two old tanks, extended hatch, wooden pull-down ladder and 2 lights. Richard and his colleague arrived promptly and worked tirelessly until the loft was finished. Everything looks amazing and the ladder feels very secure, and safe. I couldn’t be happier with the end result. They cleaned up afterwards and took away the rubbish. They were very polite and professional I can’t recommend Richard enough. 100% happy customer. Many thanks
