I would highly recommend Richard and the team to anyone (and am doing so!). From the first contact, to initial survey through to install, Richard has been extremely professional, helpful and supportive. I was initially not quite sure what options to go with, and as it was a large space, whether to be able to commit to it in one go, and Richard was patient and understanding and gave various options to talk through- in turn ensuring I understood everything fully and could make an informed decision to suit. I ended up with a full insulation, boarding, hatch and ladder to my preference and I am extremely pleased I’ve gone ahead with him. The team was fantastic, and they even removed and disposed items left in the loft by previous owners- and fully cleaned up once all the work was done. It looks fantastic.
