Richard visited my home and gave me a written no obligation quote which was thorough and competitive. He had a nice friendly approach was polite and I was happy to proceed. Richard was punctual and arrived when he said he would and quietly completed his work with an additional helper. He supplied a new hatch, 3 section ladder and boarded entire loft area. Richard completed the work in 5 hours or so and tidied up after himself. He even removed some old boards and disposed of them himself.
