The hatch to my loft was in dire need of repair. Richard did a superb job by making and fitting a replacement hatch with a new and secure locking mechanism. He also insulated the area and made it draught proof. Richard showed respect for my property by using dust sheets. On completion he left the area very tidy indeed. He ensured that I was comfortable handling the new locking mechanism. The customer service is also second to none. From start to finish, everything is dealt with clearly and professionally.
