Jennifer Murphy, Liverpool – Loft Ladder

I was very impressed with Access4Lofts. From my first phone call, the impression I got was that
this was a very well-run, professional company. Richard arrived early for the quotation. Mine
was not a straightforward loft ladder installation as I had to have the hatch moved to a different
location in order to install a ladder. After having a good look at the layout of my hatch/attic,
Richard informed me where he thought the best place for a new hatch would be, and went
through the different types of ladders with me on offer. A quotation was promptly emailed to
me after his visit which was a fair price. On the day of the job, Richard came on time and was
very focused on the work that needed to be done, which was completed by early afternoon.
Sheets were laid down on my landing and stairs, and he cleaned and hoovered the area after
he’d finished his work. I would not hesitate to recommend Access4Lofts and am very happy
with the service and standard of work carried out.
