Laura Owens, Liverpool – Loft Hatch, Loft Ladder, Loft Boarding

We recently had our loft boarded by Richard and we are over the moon with the result. From the initial consultation, Richard was extremely helpful in explaining the process and recommended the most suitable products for our loft. On the day, Richard arrived early and laid dust sheets before commencing the work. He and his colleague went above and beyond, including removing items which had been left in the loft by previous owners, and arranged for these to be collected to ensure that we didn’t have to dispose of the items ourselves. Upon completion of the work, Richard showed before and after images of our loft and demonstrated how to use the newly installed ladder and loft hatch. He thoroughly cleaned our landing and stairs afterwards, which we really appreciated. Overall, I would highly recommend Richard and his friendly and professional manner was a breath of fresh air.
