Contacted Richard after reading so many excellent reviews as I needed a ladder fitted to access my loft. Richard supplied me with 4 quotes and I chose to have existing hatch enlarged, a wooden ladder with rail fitted and partial boarding of loft for storage. The duo arrived on a very hot day and immediately put down dust sheets and got stuck in. Delighted with the end result. The pair were polite, clean, friendly and super efficient, demonstrated how to use ladder and store. I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend.
