Amazing from start to finish. I called up on a Monday, arrived exactly at the time I was told they
would 2 days later to measure up & quote. The quote was with me about 2 hours later and
booked in for the earliest possible opportunity after asking a few questions which were all
explained to me thoroughly.
Then when it came to the installation they arrived around 8am, were done by 2.30pm after
showing me exactly what was done & how to work the hatch/ladder. Also explained to me a
minor adjustment to the work that was originally quoted which would allow me to get more
headspace in the loft. No hidden costs or damage, very little noise too while I worked
downstairs.
Would happily recommend to anyone, quality work and extremely reliable communication
