From the initial consultation Adrian was very informative and knowledgeable and my husband and I felt immediately at ease with him. On the day he turned up exactly as arranged, did the work (making the loft opening bigger, fitting a ladder and new loft hatch and fitting insulation) and made sure we knew how to access the loft. Everything was left clean and tidy. The price was fair and we felt very reassured as Adrian was very covid aware and had several safety measures in place.
