Arrived early!! Unheard of. So polite and clean. I cleared out load in the room expecting dust, but they then explained that they do it a clever way so that they catch the dust and hoover it out from above when making the hatch so not a speck of dust came down into the room. They were so nice and did a good quality job very efficiently
