insisting upon covering his shoes to protect my carpets. He gave me a detailed quote,
explaining my options and didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need (quite the reverse!). The
work was completed exactly to schedule (which was impressive given the record high
temperatures this week) and to a very high standard. Everything was demonstrated to me upon
completion and my house was left spotless – the hall carpets were cleaner than before the work
