Everyone I interacted with at Access4Lofts were incredibly kind throughout and have done a brilliant job! From first calling to enquire, I had Adrian calling back within an hour or so to confirm that he could fit me in that afternoon for a quotation. This is the first property I’ve owned and was fairly clueless (!), but Adrian explained everything to me super clearly and not in a patronising way either which I really appreciated. The lifetime guarantee also helps for peace of mind if, like me, you are still learning about all these house things! I’m still in shock at how quickly everything has been completed, from the initial visit and quotation all the way through to the fitting. The process was super simple and smooth and I also appreciated the demonstration to show how to use the loft hatch safely and to be able to review the space together afterwards, answering any questions I had very diligently.
