I told him what we wanted, he made some professional suggestions and we booked it in to have the work done. Fast forward to mid October and the loft has been completed. He and his colleague created a new hatch as well as boarded the loft and it's already been a game changer, we love it! Choosing a loft company is a bit of a minefield but I am very pleased we chose Kelvin at Access4lofts. The quote was good value for money in our opinion and the work carried out within a week of the quote. Kelvin arrived on time (in fact early) and just beavered away all day with little fuss or disruption to the household. The stairs and hallway were carefully prepared to minimise damage and mess. The work itself is top-class and Kelvin made sure I was aware of the safety measure required when operating the loft ladder. The house was left and clean and tidy as when he started except we now have a lovely loft conversion too! Very happy with the outcome.

Having moved to a new house in Milton Keynes with no easy access to the loft, I wanted to get a loft ladder fitted. During an online search of local tradesmen I found Access4Lofts, the only one listed as a Which Trusted Trader, which gave me confidence that they would do a good job. I quickly arranged for them to come round to do a survey and quote for the work. I gave them the go ahead and within days I had a splendid loft ladder fitted by Kelvin. His work was excellent and the quality of the ladder fitted was really good. He also put hinges on the loft entrance to allow easy access and put down some additional insulation in the loft itself. Overall I was delighted with the results and the cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for anything similar.

From carrying out our Loft Survey to completing the installation of our Loft Ladder, Kelvin was most professional. Our House was kept tidy whilst the work was carried out and no mess left behind. Over Shoes were worn and Dust Sheets laid on the carpet. The installation of the Ladder was excellently completed and we now have a very tidy Loft Hatch with new Youngman Telescopic Ladder. The work was fast and quiet. A good demonstration of the Youngman Ladder was performed and we now know how to safely use it correctly. The Ladder is easy to stow and unstow, and is very sturdily fitted to the Loft Hatch. I would recommend Access4Lofts to all who require Loft work.
