Richard arrived on time was very polite ,explained every thing he was going to do regarding the installation of the loft ladder, laid dust sheets so there would be no mess on the floor and stairs, he was true to the quote he gave me no added extras, just got on with the job.
When he finished he cleaned up , I am very pleased with the job he has done, and would recommend him without hesitation
