Kelvin adjusted the original booking date to accommodate my pregnancy, and did so voluntarily (sacrificing his usual day off). He also arrived alone after someone had called in sick, meaning he had double the work to do in the same amount of time and still completed the work to a great standard, without complaint. Not only this, but Kelvin noticed a way to save us money during the installation process and was open in sharing this, offering some money off.
