John did an excellent job with the loft and ladder installation, and in addition had no problem with splitting my quote for the attic into two zones, as I wasn't sure if I'd get the whole attic floored or just a portion of it. Good communication throughout, clearly set out the breakdown in the invoice for each part, separately to the ladder installation. Friendly and professional, would definitely recommend to others. I'd use him again but I've run out of lofts.
