In 2020 Pete installed with ease a loft ladder in our one bedroomed flat with an extremely large loft and we were very pleased with his work. The ladder is standing the test of time and is so useful to enable us to quickly pop up in the loft making use of its space. Having knowledge of Pete’s work/professional manner we decided to ask him to quote to add new insulation to old, part board our loft and install vents. We had for the first time experienced in the previous winter condensation in the loft and knew time to sort it out. Pete’s charges were extremely competitive and we decided to go with him. We had to wait a couple of months due to his work load but it was worth it. He arrived spot on time, got to work straight away and was self contained. During the process he talked through what he was doing and answered all our questions. The job took him two days to complete. We were/are delighted with the results. It was such a big job for us to go through the 30 odd years of loft clutter but we did, all ready for Pete to do his work. Our loft is so neat, in control and clean now. Only really wanted possessions in our loft now in protective plastic boxes. Pete did the job in November 2023 just before a cold snap. We believe we did notice the difference in the warmth of our home right away. Now two months later in January 2024 we can say we have definitely noticed a difference, our flat is warmer and no condensation in the loft. Thank you Pete who we can wholeheartedly recommend.

Pete was great from first engagement for a quote to the completion of the installation. Having boarded a loft before we needed someone to do this one because of the time and size. The job was completed exactly as described and since the job took 3 days, the house was always left in a clean and tidy condition. Not only that, the installation is so much better than a standard set of boards and legs to raise it above insulation. A really thorough and strong installation that makes getting into the loft, storing items and moving around as easy as if it was downstairs. Pete Conneely at Access4Lofts North Hampshire responded promptly to my request for a new loft hatch and ladder, he arranged a survey visit and also made it clear when installation would be scheduled. Pete also responded to a subsequent query regarding the level of loft boarding that I was installing, before he came to install the new hatch and ladder. On the day of install Pete arrived on time and laid dust sheets after confirming the work to be done. The work required the loft hatch size to be enlarged to accommodate a new slightly longer hatch, fixing of a new 3-section retractable ladder, and fitting of a new, hinged hatch door. Pete completed the work very satisfactorily within a few hours, and was respectful of our home whilst undertaking it. His workmanship was excellent and he left the place clean and tidy, removing all waste and the old hatch etc. Overall I was very pleased with the work undertaken, and would have no hesitation in recommending Pete for any similar work. The price invoiced was the price quoted, which I felt was good value for a very good job.

Pete and team are obviously excellent, as we had a bit of a wait until they were available to board our loft. It was well worth the wait, as our loft is safe and very useable now - utterly transformed. They adjusted the ladder installed by another supplier, to anchor it better and to maximise space. Our house is a bungalow with a shallow-pitched roof, and they worked tirelessly in hot, awkward conditions over 2 days to prepare the loft space and then board it out. They were friendly, professional, explained everything clearly, and made an awesome job of it. Very reasonably priced, I only wish we had enlisted their services years ago! Very highly recommended.

Excellent work and great service Pete arrived on time for measuring up and emailed me a detailed quotation later the same day. Once I had accepted the quotation (which was exactly that and not an "estimate") a date was fixed for installation. Pete arrived on time for the installation and installed boarding to the loft, a replacement loft ladder and a new insulated hatch cover which was made to measure. Pete ensured that all carpets leading to the loft area were covered and any minor dust was vacuumed up before he left. The job was finished within the timescale indicated, at the exact price quoted and to a very high standard. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Pete and his company to everybody.
