Very pleased with the whole process from initial enquiry through to installation. New loft entry point installed, and loft insulation upgraded. The installer arrived on time, explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. All completed on time with all debris cleared up and carpets vacuumed. Would recommend to anyone considering installing loft access or insulation upgrade.
