Once Arrived, introduced himself, started the job as requested. Took away the old loft ladder, installed the new loft ladder, showed me how to use the loft ladder, let me have a go. Tidied up before going, my place was left clean, tidy and spotless as dust sheets were used. I was informed that I could contact the company if I have any further questions. I was happy with the work done and I would recommend the company to friends and family.
