Kevin was very good when he came to assess the job and he explained to me everything that needed to be done. I was very impressed that the installation was done so quickly in terms of not having to wait weeks for installation. The installation itself was excellent. The two guys Jude and his colleague worked very hard and got it finished in one very long day. Jude then explained what they had done and how to operate the ladder.
