My fitting was a difficult case due to the age of the property and the type of plaster. I cannot praise Tom more highly. He was punctual, very polite, professional and a skilled craftsman. He worked slowly and carefully at certain points in order not to lose any plaster. He cleared up after himself leaving the place spotless. My ladder is superb quality with a very well fitted hatch. I could not be happier. Thank you. I highly recommend this company.
