My first use of the steps felt very reassuring and stable, I find them much more comfortable
than the ladder I had previously, the installation was very efficient and Lee the installer kept me
informed of his progress and some of the details of fitting which I found very interesting, the
finished job looks very neat and tidy, operation is easy to use
