From our very first enquiry to the fitting of our new loft hatch and ladder we have been so
impressed . Refreshingly we had no hard sell whatsoever just honest advice from Mark who did
the initial on site check . Michael the fitter was friendly , quick and very knowledgeable . Within
the hour we had a brand new loft hatch and ladder installation which looks like it had had
always been there . Absolutely NO mess whatsoever . Michael fully demonstrated how to pull
down the ladder , clicking it safely into place and assured us it carried with it a lifetime
guarantee ! Can’t argue with that . Would absolutely recommend , our only regret is not having
done it years ago .
