We got quotes from a few different business for loft hatch with wood ladders insulating and partly boarding, these was not the cheapest (but that wasn’t what we was looking for, we wanted a good job doing). But from the booking to quote to the visit was just so simple and exceptional customer service! The other thing that make us choose them was when he came round he was so informative about the options available and the current regs for insulation as we had ours stilted as well. The fitting went as well as everything else, the fitters was extremely considerate of our recently re-decorated landing and stairs, shoes off and protectors down (what I would expect) but not every business is like this and you have to tell this based on my experience. I’m so glad we went with them and will be using them again. Thank you to everyone that contributed to making it so smooth with a great result!

Very impressed with the speed and quality of the work. The team turned up on time and went to work straight away. They hardly stopped all day. The loft space is totally insulated and the raised flooring is solid and looks great. The new loft hatch and ladder are such an improvement, so much better then the old cheap loft ladder, I can now get into the loft without worrying that the ladder is going to fail. And having a well made, fitted and insulated, hatch makes a huge difference to both the look and the ease of access. I now have a loft space that the boiler & aircon service engineers can confidently get into and work in, and I can use to store those occasionally used (Forgot I had) things without crushing the insulation. I would definitely recommend Access4Lofts to anyone thinking of getting this kind of work done.

From the very start Paul provided a most professional service. We are extremely happy with our loft and would highly recommend Paul and Dale to anyone. They are reliable, trustworthy and only need the odd cup of tea and biscuits to keep them going. Most importantly the work carried out has changed our loft completely and has now become an excellent, much needed storage space for us. I don't recommend people lightly but I therefore fully recommend Paul & Access4Lofts Peterborough to anyone wanting a good job doing
