Gareth explained the options very clearly during the free survey, looking to minimize costs and maximize the benefits, with no pressure or forceful selling. The surveyor and the folks that came to carry out the work were polite, friendly and really put me at ease. This is all new to me, and they helped explain to my very interested 3 year old how the roof was getting a jumper on. I'd not seen my loft before so was invited up to have it explained to me and what my options were and why. The job was done to a high standard, and I swear my kitchen was cleaner after they left than when they arrived.
