Jack arrived promptly for the appointment to quote for the job. He listened to what we needed, which involved moving the hatch to a more accessible area, boarding a useable area and installing the telescopic ladders. We found Jack to be professional, knowledgeable, friendly and honest. Our loft area is low and quite small but he made the best plan for what we had. A quote was received later in the day which we accepted and arranged for the work to be done when we returned from holiday - approx 3 weeks after. Jamie came to do our job and again, arrived promptly and was very respectful to our property. All the landing floor and stairs were covered. He worked really hard all day and we just left him to it. Once finished, Jamie talked me through how to operate the ladder and I climbed up into our loft for the first time in a decade. Jamie has installed 2 lights and showed me where they were and how to operate. We are thrilled with the work carried out and without hesitation would recommend Jack and Jamie to anyone wanting a loft boarding and ladder installation.

Jack and his team worked in very hot conditions, not letting up until the job was finally completed. Our loft was previously a chaotic storage space that was very awkward to access and dangerous to be in without any proper boarding. The finished job is superb, with interlocked flooring boards covering a large area and two very significant runs of the "shelving" also installed. Jack's team were clearly focused on doing a high quality installation, and there was no cleaning necessary after they left. My wife and I are very happy to recommend Access4Lofts. Customers can be assured of a great job done. The guys even fixed our faulty LED lighting we have in the loft, A great team.

The service we received was excellent. You arrived when you said that you would and got back to us with quotes etc in a timely manner. When you came to complete the work, you arrived on time, were polite and respectful of our home, covering carpets and flooring. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently and you explained what had been done and demonstrated the loft hatch and ladder. You also cleaned up when finished. After finding access4lofts in Streetwise, (a local magazine) and being reassured by the fact that they are 'Which' trusted traders, I contacted Jack to arrange a visit to give me an estimate. True to his publicity, he arrived on time to give me the estimate, which I found very reasonable. I authorised the work and he and Marcus again arrived punctually and carried out the work carefully and efficiently, (especially given the COVID restrictions). We met Jack when he was doing a Loft Access for some friends. We were very impressed with the job he was doing. We had been told that we could not alter our own loft access because of the limited space we had. Jack agreed to come and have a look. He advised on what we could and could not do and gave us a fixed price quotation for what he suggested. He arrived promptly at 8am and worked efficiently and cleanly. On completion of fitting the new access hatch and three section ladder, he demonstrated its safe use. There was no hard sell and no hidden extras. Jack kept us informed by email of his quote and date for the work. He was always cheerful and cleaned up his work areas both inside the house and outside.

We had our hatch to the loft extended, all the loft was fitted with a floating floor, lighting was fitted and a extending ladder with handrail. The work carried out was the removal of the old loft ladder and installation of a new 3 section ladder. The installer Jack Ellis did a very professional job. He arrived at the agreed time and carried out all the work required, particularly ensuring the ladder could be safely stowed away in a safe and secure manner. Jack fitted a new telescopic loft ladder and installed a 6ft LED baton in my loft. Communication from the arrangement to quote, the quote and the job itself was excellent and all to agreed schedule and cost. Have no hesitation whatsoever in commissioning Jack to improve your loft space and/or improving access to your loft. They didn't even accept a brew until they had a 10 minute break then back to it with a short lunch later on and had the job finished by half 3. I contacted Access4Lofts as I needed a new hatch and loft ladders. Jack listened to my requirements, checked the existing ladders etc and then discussed the options available to me. I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism and, more importantly, there was no “hard sell” which you get with some companies. Jack emailed a written quote which set out the cost for each element of the job. There were no “hidden extras” and the final cost was exactly as quoted. On the day the work was scheduled for, Jack arrived on time, closed all doors in the immediate vicinity to avoid dust etc going in the rooms and covered the carpet.
