I am very pleased with the work done and the manner in which it was carried out. You are clearly a very professional team both in terms of delivery of the product and the manner in which you conducted yourselves. As you quite rightly said ‘no sales pressure’ in the first place and a pleasure to deal with three such courteous and polite people as Des, Phil and Simon at all stages of the process. One element of the installation is still to be completed and I have been promised a return visit very soon which I am awaiting confirmation of.
