Great communication from Des. Replied promptly to my questions and concerns. Fitters (Phil and Jim) arrived as time stated and kept me well informed about the job and problems they foreseen. Phil was really polite, patient and kept me well informed. Phil and Jim were not in a hurry, took time to do an amazing job. We’re patient with other tradesmen working on site.
