Pete arrived on time and laid dust sheets everywhere. He explained what he was going to do, to make sure he was doing what work was agreed. He then got on with the installation. When completed, he explained how it worked and made sure we understood it, and were happy with it. Pete was a great guy, Installed without any fuss, and cleaned up every square inch of workspace on completion. From conception to completion, no complaints at all.
