Denise Britton, Chafford Hundred – Loft Hatch

A couple of weeks after initial inspection and recommendations from Des, Jim arrived and laid the groundsheets and immediately got to work in removing the old loft hatch and ladder. He carried out work on his own and installed a new hatch cover and reinstalled our existing ladder within a few hours. He carried out all old parts to his van and hoovered up any remaining debris after removing the groundsheets. He demonstrated how the door opened to expose ladder and did same with ladder. He then watched us do the same. 10/10 Jim. Would thoroughly recommend this company.
