Lorraine Doran, Brentwood – Loft Hatch, Loft Ladder

Pete did an excellent job fitting our new telescopic loft ladder. He arrived on time, made minimal
noise or mess and cleared up afterwards. He was very polite and demonstrated how to use our
new ladder, which looks really easy. The whole process from initial survey to installation was
completed in less than a week. Thank you to everyone involved. Kelly in the office was lovely
and very helpful, and Phil who did the initial survey, was very professional and explained
everything clearly.
