Following the initial survey by Des, the installation was quickly scheduled following our acceptance of the quote given. Ashley, the installation engineer, arrived on time and introduced himself to both my wife and myself before laying down dust sheets and starting work. After completing the work, and ensuring the area was cleaned, Ashley demonstrated how the new hatch and ladder operated, and ensured I had successfully used the ladder a couple of times to ensure I understood. I found the entire process, from my initial request to completion, quick and trouble free, and would have no hesitation on recommending Access4Lofts to others.
