The guy who came to do the survey and gave me a quote took his time explaining what work would be done clearly and politely. Very kind and professional. The lady who emailed me the quote was very accommodating of dates and managed to give me a day that was more convenient for me.
The guys who came from the time they came (Tian apologies if I didn’t spell the name right and Matt) they started explaining everything they were doing, any problem encountered and how they rectified the issues. They worked non stop and never had any breaks. They were also very patient and polite in showing how the ladder worked and the areas where I can store my things. They did extra work of clearing all the rubbish cheekily left by the previous owner of the house. Very grateful for that as I would have never managed myself. I could not fault their professionalism and the outcome of their work. Worth the money I paid for and would recommend them to anyone. Very satisfied customer.
