I couldn’t be more pleased with my loft restoration. Chris was a delight from the start – cheerful, polite and never did a hard sell. Everything in the quote was itemised and clear. Nothing was too much trouble, even when I requested an air conditioning vent be installed for a portable AC unit. Ashley and Russell helped Chris on the two day installation and were both so polite and courteous.
The team worked flat out to remove the old insulation, hoover the whole loft (including two old wasp nests!), install new insulation to floor and roof, board the floor and roof, and add strip lights and a custom hand rail around the loft hatch. They completed the work in two days to a fantastic standard and always tidied up throughout.
We now have a bright, secure and functional loft space. I was going to attempt this project myself and I’m so glad I didn’t! This is money very well spent. Thank you for everything.
