From the moment i contacted the business i was dealt with professionally and promptly. Phil
who was the surveyor fully informed us and explained all the options we had re the new loft
access required and then provided the quote in a timely manner. Pete the fitter called to advise
he could arrive early if we we there which we were he then continued to ensure all areas were
kept free of dust and cleaned up afterwards. He gave us a full demo so we were comfortable
when he left that we would be able to use it without any issues. Overall a brilliant job by those
